While Hurricane Bill has weakened to a CAT 1 force storm, it has continued to wreak havoc on the U.S. eastern seaboard.  A tragic event occurred earlier today when at least one person, a 7 year old girl, was killed when a huge wave swept her along with 20 others into the water near Acadia National Park in Maine.
